Named for the way in which the architectural form starts with a narrow entrance and opens up into a vast, light-filled space, Aperture House is a stunning project comprising of 5 bedrooms, open-plan living area, outdoor entertainment area, feature double garage, and heated pool & spa.

Long, minimalist joinery spans the walls of the living and dining space, adding practical storage with a sleek, modern vibe. Characterful marble finishes are prevalent throughout the home, featuring around the fireplace, kitchen and bathroom for a heightened luxurious feel.
Part of our significant role in this project was value management, where we efficiently managed the project team, enabling our clients to save approximately $50k in holding costs. We assisted with the procurement to source quality trades, materials and suppliers.
